Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Gill product. If for any reason you’re not, you may return any unworn and unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
To request a return authorization, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Service team at contact@gillna.com.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
- Gill does not offer free returns.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and hang tags.
- Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip for prompt processing.
- Keep your shipment tracking number until your return or exchange is completed.
Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
If you are returning an item for exchange:
- Please indicate the item(s) you would like in return.
- Any price differences and applicable shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, including original packaging.
For the fastest exchange: We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund.
Exchange processing time is typically 7–10 business days from the date we receive your package. All exchanges ship via Ground service unless otherwise requested.
Damaged / Faulty Product:
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact Customer Service for a warranty review.
If your shipment was damaged in transit, do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately at 770-945-0564 for assistance.
